There were two bugs contributing to this issue: a Chromium bug (our pan
cursors did
not have their hotspots set properly) and a WebKit bug (WebKit has a flawed
implementation of click-to-pan.) The point of my comment ("we now match
Safari") was
that the Chromium bug is fixed, and all that remains is the WebKit bug.
Under what
circumstances should WebKit bugs also have corresponding open issues in the
Chromium
tracker?
