The SkBlurMaskFilter just implements a box filter, and so it looks
different from CG's gaussian (and not as nice
obviously). Easy to rectify by just writing a gaussian instead. I can help
integrate the new filter into Skia's
framework if someone wants to write it.
BTW - this filter only operates on alpha, so it just has to "blur" 8bit
values, not full colors.
