do you know of any steps to reproduce it? Perhaps this happens just after  
switching
views (e.g. from navigating), so that the old view is no longer in the  
hierarchy but
still receives the SetCursor message (or the reverse: the new view is not  
in the
hierarchy yet but receives the message).
