New issue 8914 by molotster: Many windows at once prompts for the same
proxy's user:password
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=8914

Chrome Version : <REPLACE this with your version. Ex: 2.0.169.1>
URLs (if applicable) : http://nikouka.deviantart.com/gallery/ (can replace
nikouka with any user name)
Other browsers tested:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 5~8rc1: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to the net via authentication-requiring proxy
2. Open page that has elements from many domains
3. Watch the multiple pop-ups prompting for proxy username and password
4. Click them all, irritate, and then try other user's gallery or other
page - probably it'll happen again

What is the expected result?
One prompt, then user/pass used during whole session - until the proxy will
say "access denied" to them.

What happens instead?
Many, many windows prompting for just the same values.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Our proxy sometimes returns "temporarily unavaliable", but second or third
try in a row succeeds. I don't consider temporary conditions a reason to
discard username/pass in a browser (FF and IE seems to share my approach).
