What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open gmail & open a chat box.
2. Middle-click (using scroll wheel) and keep moving mouse downwards.
3.
What is the expected result?
Just scroll the chat box.
What happens instead?
Creates white space at the bottom of the page (that goes away only if Gmail
is refreshed).
