New issue 9093 by Andy.DG.Yin: Chrom Can not loaf any website when user
read IRM secured documents!!

Other browsers tested: IE can work normally
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4: Not try
Firefox 3.x: can work normally
IE 7: can work normally
IE 8: can work normally
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Chrome Browser(any version will be Ok)
2.Install IRM Clientfor Adobe Acrobat.
3.Open a *.pvd secured document and entry correct access permission
information(User & passcode) for view document.
4.Open Chrome and try to load a website, it can not work any more. can not
load any website.
