What is the expected result?
Scrolling with pressing the middle mouse button should be smooth.
Scrolling with pressing the middle mouse button should stop after you
release the middle mouse button.
What happens instead?
Scrolling with pressing the middle mouse button isn't smooth.
Scrolling with pressing the middle mouse button doesn't stop after you
release the middle mouse button.
