What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open deviantart.com through a proxy that requires authentication.
2. Enter user & pass for proxy and click OK
3. Enter user & pass for proxy and click OK
...
INF. Enter user & pass for proxy and click OK
What is the expected result?
Logged in after entering password no more than once.
What happens instead?
infinite loop of proxy popups asking for user:password.
Probably associated with 8914.
