New issue 9187 by triankar: Inspector does not load page, gives "Unsafe  
JavaScript attempt to access frame from URL A from frame with URL B.  
Domains, protocols and ports must match.

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any page, even www.google.com
2. Right-click to open context menu, select "Inspect element"
3. Reload page

What is the expected result?
- To get the DOM tree under Elements in the Inspector window

What happens instead?
No tree is loaded and the "Unsafe JavaScript attempt..." error is the first
thing that you see on the console.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
