Open the Options window, click the "under the hood" tab 2. Slowly scroll-down. Expected: The content of the scroll-view is painted normally Actual: The buttons are painted outside of the scroll-view when they reach the bottom of the scroll-view. Also they flicker a lot while scrolled.
