Confirmed that this issue happens on all Chrome channels and Chromium trunk
build 2.0.172.0 (Developer Build 12303).

2. In the middle of the page, there is a drop down menu, select the second

Hmm, Safari works for you?
I tried on Safari 4 and Webkit nightly build r41855, after I
selected "Начинать с
дешевых", no results showing at all (I have attached a screenshot).
