Regarding ACID 3: That's unfortunate. I wonder if the authors of that test evaluated the Web compatibility impact of this test case. Can we accept "text/*" and still pass ACID 3? Regarding "Safari 4 works:" Safari has a different (less compatible, less secure) content sniffing algorithm.
