As you logon to netflix account, you are able to select and use most of the services adequately except for the instant movie playing where after the required step of speed verification you get the message that the browser is not supported. Many of my friends watch instant movies and therefore decided to revert back to IE because of the inability to play instant movies on netflix. So the steps are: Logon to netflix user account. try to play any instant movie.
