Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
IE 7: FAIL: has no spell checker
IE 8: FAIL: has no spell checker
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change your CHROME-language into dutch and your spellcheckerlanguage
into english
2. Type some english text
3. Note that the word will be underlined.
4. Now type 'engglish' or something else that is no correct english
5. View the suggestions of the spell checker
6. Note that the suggestions are all dutch words...
What is the expected result?
To have an english spellchecker when it is selected
What happens instead?
It checks in Dutch

This first didn't happen. I haven't tested it on 2.0.170.0 but at 2.0.168.?
