What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a website with images or css content.
2. On a css area or image, right click and click Inspect Element.
3. In the right hand column, there will be links to css files or images, if
you right click and click Open in New Tab, doesn't work, clicking normally
doesn't work either, only open in New Window works.
What is the expected result?
That the link opens in a new tab.
What happens instead?
It doesn't work. Only the open in new window option works.
