What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Windows power management, Set the Turn Off Monitor in 1 Min.
2. Open Google Chrome Browser.
3. Put Google Chrome on Not Minimized.
What is the expected result?
Monitor should be Off as per Windows Power Management Scheme. That will be
good if user forgot to close or Minimize the Chrome Window.
What happens instead?
The Monitor still power up and Windows power scheme get failed!!!
