I just want to make clear that in addition to no header and no footer, the page should print so it fills the space the header and footer would have been. One of the goals is to have a full page fit on a single page and not run over onto a second page because of the space allocated to the header and footer. What I am thinking I am reading above is the ability to customize the header and footer. What I want is the ability to turn them off.
