163.com: Text wraps to the next line incorrectly

Safari 4 beta has the same problem with the reduced test case. 163.com has  
changed and
does not have the problem any more. It seems that Webkit cannot fit the  
line in a <td>
with width=450 while others can.

The font is explicitly specified and the same font is used (for all  
characters, I
believe) by IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
