What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attached file has 100K+ Bookmarks and 1000 Bookmark Folders. Upon
starting chrome it can't load this file and simply doesn't load any
bookmarks.
2. This file was created using automated test script and generated file
format is correct
What is the expected result?
Chrome should load these bookmarks and should function normally
What happens instead?
Chrome doesn't load these bookmarks and no errors.
