Tested on: Sfari 3.2.1 - XP, Midori 0.12 - Ubuntu (libwebkit 1.01.4+r40220) Google Chrome 1.0.154.43 - XP In every page I browsed where <body dir="rtl"> or body{direction:rtl} is defined, there is no horizontal scrollbar when the window is narrower then the page width.
