MS word has this behavior (although the cursor does move to the middle of the character when press arrow key once) but Run dialog/notepad/regular-address-bar dialogs in folers or IE has the behavior xlyuan expected i can't really see a reason to type Hebrew diacritical Marks in the Omnibox though :D and there are much more important issues related to Chrome dialogs -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
