What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to www.youtube.com
2. click "Sign in". Enter username and password.
What is the expected result?
I'm signed in.
What happens instead?
I'm back on the www.youtube.com page, but I'm not signed in. (Username
doesn't appear, "Sign in" link is still there.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
The request _is_ being sent to YouTube because if I type the wrong password
I see an error.
This is a stand-alone YouTube account, not a Google account.
