What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new tab of Chrome or Chromium
2. Type in a web address like youtube.com
3. Press Enter
What is the expected result?
The web address typed in the browser should be resolved and the relevant
webpage shown
What happens instead?
The web address isn't resolved and the page remains blank.
