New issue 14879 by jvcrao: The slected Date from calander is not populated
into the Date field in Bank of America bill pay page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto Bill pay module in BOA website.
2. Select a Payer and enter amount and then choose the Delivery Date from
the Calender.
3.
What is the expected result?
The Selected Date should automatically populated in the Date field.
What happens instead?
Date is not being passed from calender to Date field. I have to manually
type the date in the date field. e.g 06/23/09
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
