      Safari 4:
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Google Desktop installed and the CTRL shortcut enabled
2. Open Chrome
3. Hit twice CTRL in order to appear the search box from Google Desktop

What is the expected result?
It should open the search box from Google Desktop, and let me type
something in, let me use it as
it always did.

What happens instead?
Well, it doesn't open the search box as expected. It just blinks it on the
screen and then it
dissapears.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
