Я не хочу кого-то убеждать, что это универсальное средство. Я описал решение в моем случае, после целого дня поиска решения... Если больше будет информации, легче будет найти настоящую проблему в chrome. Можно еще попробовать включить, для примера, "Arial" для всей системы, потом сделать logout/login и пробовать запустить chrome.
