What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open google.com in 2 windows
2.Make sure search input has focus
3.Switch between either window
What is the expected result?
Flashing insertion cursor is hidden in non-focused window
What happens instead?
All windows have flashing insertion points. Very confusing when you are
trying to edit a bug and you overtype a Trix cell in another window instead.
