i believe it has been fixed in the experimental 3.0.x builds
accordingly, i can't reproduce it with my build
if you like, you can unzip such build from here
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/continuous/LATEST/chrome-win32.zip
(not instead of your primary installation but in some temporary folder)
and confirm this yourself
