What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. maximize chrome
2. un-maximize (windowed) chrome
What is the expected result?
Chrome should just switch to the windows version.
What happens instead?
Everything gets moved out of place. Address bar floats off, page area
floats off, etc.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
