What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installed Wacom tablet pen
2.use the pen to switch and click the other chrome tab
3.if you click and move very fast, the Chrome will drag the tab web out
just like attached screenshot.
so i must click the tabs very carefully to reduce the problem
