Download a PDF, e.g. save an attachment from Gmail. 2. Click on the downloaded file in the status bar on the bottom of the screen. What is the expected result? The external program is opened, and no tab is opened. What happens instead? A new tab is opened, then the external program (Adobe Acrobat) is started. The new tab cannot be closed. Also if you drag the tab to be a new window, the window cannot be closed.
