What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
When pressed keys with shift on symbols like <shift> <+> or <$> or <*> and
other on event.shiftKey must == true
What happens instead?
event.shiftKey == false
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
