@comment 12: When you enter a 'framed' website the first page you visit (many times index.html) sends you to for example 3 pages. If you click an internal link a frame will change. If you reload the page (and on that way you'll automatically refresh index.html) that page will resend you to the pages that it contains: the start page. This is no bug but default behavior.
