i can no longer reproduce this using chrome 3.0.192.0 (Developer Build
19931)
you can unzip such experimental build from this link
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/continuous/LATEST/chrome-win32.zip
to some temp folder in you drive and run it from there (not replacing your
main
install, just for testing purposes)
