What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit any site that uses HTTP authentication to provide a login box.

What is the expected result?
Login box should be shown.
What happens instead?
The login dialog box displayed has a double border -- the standard Windows
border on the outside and the Google Chrome window border on the inside.
The dialog box functions correctly, so this is purely a visual glitch. Both
close boxes work as well.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
