What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open a page in a tab
2.click a link on the page(make sure new page will open in same tab)
3.drag(and don't drop) any link on the old page before new page loaded
What is the expected result?
I can still drop the link in address box after new page is loaded
What happens instead?
chrome crash.
