The console message above indicates that stats reporting is disabled on the
test machine.
To "reset" this pref, you can run the following command in the terminal:
$ defaults delete com.google.Chrome
This will delete the settings for Chrome and upon the next launch you'll be
prompted to turn on stats reporting.
