Ah, actually this test case is new -- added by the same rev that modified  
XSSAuditor: http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/45461
I can't see why this test would fail, but the very similar new  
script-tag-control-char test, added in the same
patch, passes. It may have something to do with details of how Chrome  
parses URLs, since this is a funny case
with an embedded escaped NUL byte.
