What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start chrome and maximize it
2. minimize and then Maximize again
3. viola!!
What is the expected result?
Taskbar should come up when mouse wheel goes to bottom of screen.
What happens instead?
Chrome doesn't like it I guess cause it doesn't allow it to pop-up.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
