What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading a new tab (by clicking on a link)
2.Selecting an existing tab before the new tab is loaded completely
3.
What is the expected result?
The existing tab is opened
What happens instead?
the existing tab is glued to the mouse pointer and becomes a browser window
on its own much link we you drag a tab outside chrome.
It does not happen every time though.
