New issue 16432 by grovespaz: Switching to other tab and then clicking
somewhere on the page leads to tab being 'dragged out' of current window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to another tab by clicking on it.
2. As soon as the tab shows, click somewhere on the page (a link usualy)
What is the expected result?
The action associated with the link clicked should execute
What happens instead?
Chrome thinks I want to drag the tab out of the current window (even though
I released the mouse button after clicking on the tab), which results in
the tab appearing in its own new windows on the place I clicked the link.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I think it has to do with the swapping to and from the disk.
If I haven't used a tab for a while Windows will probably swap it to disk.
(Since it is contained in it's own process)
The moment I click a tab it has to load that process back into memory, and
I think during that time mouse events are ignored or not processed
correctly or something.
It happens quite often to me, but then I don't have a top of the line pc.
It happens more often when I have a lot of tabs open.
I have attached a image which can probably explain it way better than I
can.
