Here's the current status:

1) I wrote a bunch of tests to validate the isolated world containment.
2) The tests revealed our prototype pointers are all screwed up, even in  
normal, non-isolated world cases.
3) We need to fix these prototype calculation for security/correctness.
4) I'm working with Eric Seidel to fix the normal case first.  Doing this  
right should make the isolated word bits fall out naturally.
5) We're doing JSC first (which is even more screwed), then we'll do V8.

This is turning a bit into a regression into madness, but it's work that  
needs to be done.
