http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16706

Chrome Version : 3.0.193.0 Dev Version
URLs (if applicable) : Any with HTML 5 Video Tag (www.youtube.com/html5)
Other browsers tested: Firefox 3.5
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: N/A
   Firefox 3.5: OK
          IE 7: N/A
          IE 8: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up www.youtube.com/html5
2. Attempt to skip to a future or previous point in the video

What is the expected result?
It jumps to the point in the video.

What happens instead?
The Video Freezes and can't be restarted without reloading the page.

Tested on Windows 7 RC Build 7100. Will Test on XP SP3 and Update via
comments. Also
would like to see enhancements with the player. (View current time
placement when
scanning [see Firefox 3.5 or YouTube Style], Actual volume slider as
opposed to mute
button, Resizing [if possible])
