Turns out our HSL shifting is a little naive - the L portion has no effect  
on S, and
as we're modeling our behaviour after Photoshop's H/S options, that means  
we're doing
it wrong.

Also all the image operations code is a mess of PMColor and non-PMColor, so  
some
fixins be needed.
