What is the expected result?
Chrome should open
What happens instead?
Chrome opens with an hourglass/pointer that never goes away. Other tabs can
be opened and will open without an hourglass. But the original tab will
keep the hourglass until you navigate off the home (tiled) page.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
