Start downloading of any big file and click on 'Show all downloads'. 2. Pull the network cable. 3. Plug in the network cable. Expected result: 2.1 Chrome pauses the ongoing downloads. 3.1 Chrome resumes all downloads. Actual result: 2.2 Chrome doesn't pause the downloads.
