Comment #6 on issue 16794 by clmer...@bellsouth.net: ESPN360/Move Media Player Crash. http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16794
ESPN360 is only accessible to college campuses/military bases (free) and ISPs that pay for it. There's a list of ISPs at its Wikipedia site. :D That test player on the movenetworks.com page works fine. I then went to various sites they proclaim use their technology to show video. Here were the results. ABC: Popup for media player opens, just loads a grey page nothing happens. MyNetworkTV: Page loads fine, but tells me in the video player that it only supports FireFox 2.0 and IE 6&7. Fox: Works fine. ESPN360: Plugin/Shockwave crash. Oprah: ....couldn't find any video to test. As a side note, the streaming video embedded into ESPN.com's main site all works. I think its a problem with loading the plugin on it's media player page on 360? I assume both sites use the same plugin. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
