Tested on that 3.0.195.0 build (20942): NOT FIXED!!!
I attached a screenshot... Please take a look.
These tests are included in the screenshot:
1: Paused, selected the end of the URL: FAILED
2: Finished, selected the end of the URL: FAILED
3: Paused, selected a random part of the URL: PASSED
4: Finished, selected a random part of the URL: PASSED
5: Downloading, selected a random part of the URL: FAILED
6: Downloading, selected the end of the URL: FAILED
So this bug is absolutely NOT FIXED!
So could somebody please reopen this bug?
