Controls" not to function

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I increase the screen DPI when connecting computer to external
display, if I have multiple tabs open ( > 6), they will partially cover the
Window Controls (minimize, restore, close buttons) and these buttons do not
respond to mouse clicks
