although I can make it happen on any ogv video, it happens quicker on some
than others.
I suspect it relates to the garbage we see after a seek. The other players
have the
same garbage, so the index probably points to non-key frames, but possibly
worse.
For mp4 I used to see the same type of garbage, and it turns out to depend
on the muxer
when the file is created.
The videos I tested were muxed with oggz-merge.
I used to mux with ffmpeg, so thats something that should be investigated.
